Ramp Up is a week-long, screen-free, student-led project designed to foster leadership, creativity, and connection. Students co-create and deliver a week of purposeful activities designed by them and supported by a clear framework and mentor guidance.
Guided by a clear framework and trusted support, students:
Explore their strengths, interests, and values
Co-design a week of challenges, workshops, and shared experiences
Lead and participate in daily activities that grow real-world and relational skills
Reflect, share and celebrate their growth with peers, mentors, and community
More than just a week of activities
Through Ramp Up, students build the courage to lead, collaborate, and use their voice. They develop planning, teamwork, and creative thinking skills. Along the way, they discover more about their purpose, ideas, and what comes next.
Ramp Up offers something that can be hard to make space for. A chance for students to lead, explore, create, and contribute without the pressure of grades or screens. It reconnects them with each other, with their thinking, and with what they are capable of when given trust and support.
